I’m Rosie Waters, and I’m so pleased you’re here. At Seaheaven Yoga, I am a senior teacher, specialising in Vajrasati Yoga, a practice that blends mindfulness and deep relaxation to help you connect with your true self. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming space for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.

Through carefully guided sessions, I’m here to support you in building strength, finding calm, and experiencing the profound benefits of this holistic approach to yoga. I look forward to practising with you and helping you discover the peace and resilience within.

Vajrasati Yoga

Vajrasati Yoga is a mindful, compassionate approach that blends traditional Hatha postures, breathwork, and meditation, creating a nurturing practice focused on self-awareness and inner strength.

Emphasising non-competitiveness and accessibility, it’s a restorative experience is suitable for all levels, promoting both physical and mental well-being.
